You can't, however you can report the thread using the little flag next to the time stamp on your Op.
If you asked there politely an isd will lock it for you.

Or you could re edit it and we can have a discussion on the various merit's of marmalades and jams
as used wit certain breakfast foods such as toast and/or porridges.

But it's your call.

Personally, I always found peanut butter and jelly sandwiches disgusting.

I personally prefer a large spoonful of honey.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

I tried what ye call "jelly" and it's definitely not the Same thing as jam.
Were I offered jelly I'd rather have butter tbh.
Peanut butter is an odd one though, I like both peanuts and butter, but not peanut butter.

Honey now, a teaspoon of honey in my coffee is damn good in the morning.
For reference I like it black and strong (shut up) and the hint of sweetness (shut up) is excellent for this time of year.

I can't eat in the morning. There's simply no way for me to get anything down until a few hours after waking up, and then I prefer to have something savoury. But beyond that, I eat about anything. Peanut butter is great, jelly is great, jam is even better, but to me all of those options are merely snacks. More akin to candy than actual food.

I used to like orange marmalade a lot for almost a decade...but now I just can't seem to stomach it anymore. I vastly prefer strawberry jelly now.

And to answer OP's question about how to get your topic deleted: you cannot, but you can make the mods delete it- either by asking kindly or by deliberately breaking the forum rules.
Just check the EULA for some inspirations. The surest thing to get your thread deleted is usually posting personal information- posting your RL name and your credit card number should probably do it for you.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

"Peach preserves" OH yeah. Here in the states we have a brand of Jams called Smuckers. Some of the best commercially available jams, jellys, and marmalade. Lots of actual fruit.

And since we're talking about morning consumption, I stick to my coffee, black with a shot of kahlua a coffee liqueur. That, and my frittata and I'm good till 1 or 2.

Nope sorry, can't do. The shut up that is, as I just have to confirm that you indeed described the best way to drink coffee.
