I had a dream a few weeks back about a Mega Miner and an Ore Drone Carrier:

We're talking at least 6 mining heads and at around 8 light drones/mining drones for the Mega Miner in a circle on the top of some kind of Mushroom looking ship.
No possibility for fighters or Flight bay. Around 300.000m3 ore hold and some 500m3 Cargo.

Would any of you guys like a Mega Miner with a huge ore hold and a lot of mining lasers on it?
Of course it doesn't has to look like a mushroom.

What you describe is basically the Rorqual.

I believe it would be most effective with a mining permit, only 10m for a whole year! So much more cost effective than any other fit!!
