Toon has NO STANDINGS whatsoever and is completely fresh.

Toon has NO CORP HISTORY besides starting NPC corp (and is currently located in NPC corp)

Toon has no kill rights (for or against).

This is a pure scanning toon with a clean corp sheet and no standings (negative or positive), so he's a blank slate to do with as you please.
