I just purchased this from Green Man Gaming website and when I tried adding the code to my account. It would not work. Did I do something wrong here?

You will want to file a ticket

They stated something about this Here

But it is pretty poor and in most countries illegal if they are selling a product through retailers and not actually providing it.

So just file a ticket and I am sure they will sort it out. Just be patient it will take them a while to get to as they don't seem to have hired enough extra staff to cover the increased volume free to play has created.

The CSM gets in the way of CCP communicating properly with the players of this game.

After all we are not just players, we are customers.

Time for the CSM to be disbanded.

I filed a ticket with Eve and Green Man Gaming, so hopefully I will get a response soon.

I saw somewhere that I have to make a new account in order for it to work, but have also seen and heard differently. I don't know which way to go.

Best to wait.

In the mean time why not create a free character and learn the game in the mean time.

Wouldn't you need to start a new account for it to work?

Try EVE Online for FREE with 250.000 extra skill points here!

Like ^^this guy^^ said , usually those premium packs are only allowed to be used for new accounts - All of Steams are anyways

I had the same problem, bought the core starter pack on Steam (new account) didn't get the 30 day free gametime or 'stuff' that came with it.

Filed a ticket and 4 days later got the gametime, 30 days from the date they set me to Omega.

They do work, just give them some time. Especially, this being 'Alpha' season, I'm sure they're doing all they can.
