Subscription and Payment Question

Can I remove the "Cancelled" from my account information? I changed to PLEX and would rather my account show "active". When I go to "change plan" it takes me to offers on subscription plans. I don't want to bother ccp with a support ticket. Thanks!

as you are not paying with a a CC it will most likley keep saying 'cancled' as there are no recuring payments. As long as you are omega an can log in, don;t worry about it.

Omega: Status of an subscribed account:


"Characters on subscribed or PLEXed accounts will be granted Omega state, while Alpha state will be given to characters on any unsubscribed account."

So if you are Omega it's ok.

It Shows Canceled because you do not have a reoccurring payment set up with CCP Games.

Your subscription is technically "cancelled", as you apparently don't have a running subscription. Why would it say you have an active subscription when you don't? Why do you even care if the game works properly?

You can't be paying with PLEX because PLEX is not legal tender in any country CCP Games is offering its services.
