Solo Command Boost

Might be a stupid question but with the changes to Boosting, can you solo boost now?

IE a Single ship (in a fleet by itself)with a command boost module boosting itself?

If not does another fleet member have to be on grid and in range?

I think CCP stated that command ships can now solo-boost, no fleet necessary. Fleet is only necessary when you want to give the boosts out to more people in your vicinity.

I have not tested it myself, but I should think I can take their word on this one. If you want to test it out on SiSi to be sure, you could do that.

Let's discuss overhauling the way we get intel in EvE.

i'll test it tonight, i have a CS already for fleet boosting . I'm just at work and was wondering if it worked solo.

If so that will make command ships and battlecruisers with a bit of spare fitting room all the better.

yes it works, you can boost yourself.

Yup, works fine solo.
I have yet to try and leverage this though
as my booster has some holes in its combat skills and I have shagall booster skills.

Tested it and yes, no fleet needed at all.

Too bad the Sleipner has such low CPU :(. So many fitting mods.

see i was clever enough to train some combat skills on mine
this is why i never complained.
