Thnx for the fix. Now I just wait to get the SP readjusted so I no longer have more then 2 days worth of training into a partially trained skill I donĀ“t really need :)

Fitting window no longer shows grid/cpu usage for a module when you hover/click on it (so you don't know if a module fits unless you actually try and fit it, whereas previously it would show this when you hover/click.

Why the hell are the skill categories in the character window not sorted alphabetically? What is the point of this completely crappy mess of a category order? This needs to be fixed right now! And if you are already at it, also sort those god damn components in the Required Materials section in Blueprints alphabetically. There is no excuse for the mess that you allow to exist in these UI areas.

there seems to be a problem with ice harvesting drones only being able to fit one in a proc is not good also it bandwidths out when trying to launch said drone is this a know issue also do they fit in an orca ?

I have a strange login issue, hope u guys can help me out.
So after I log in and I'm at the character screen, all I can see is my pilot's picture, with no info at all. When I click on it, strange sound appears and I can't log in, neither create a new character.

It looks like this:

As good as the sim fitting window is, I have seen an issue with torpedo explosion radius showing an incorrect value. The value isn't inside the sim fitting window itself as you have to show charge info from the fitting window to see your actual explosion radius.

Using non sim fitting and then showing charge info shows my torpedos to have an explosion radius of 256m however using the same fit in the sim window shows the same torpedos to have an explosion radius of 450m.

Hi ccp phantom. i'm still locked out of my main account due to the email i registered it with back in 2011 not existing anymore. i sent in a support ticket on the 14th nov , and a follow up last night.

i am still getting the verification email sent to the old email address every time i try to log in my main. obviously i cannot verify it due to it no longer existing.

please help .

Am I the only one having problems with my char portrait not being displayed in the new character sheet? Five out of my seven characters have this problem. The other two look fine. Someone in chat told me it was a database issue and all I can do is wait.

I can't speak for everyone of course, but generally we can't/don't comment on issues that we have no connection to or ability to assist with. I understand that this can be incredibly frustrating but as the members of game development cannot help with the Support tickets or login issues, we will be understandably (I hope) focus on helping with those issue that fall within our influence.

I can say that our Customer Support department are working through your tickets as fast as they possibly can, calling in all favours and pulling out all the stops to get everyone back into New Eden but there's a lot of tickets to work through. Thank you for all your continued patience.

He has finally got a reply from his support tickets BUT its just a generic reply about account retrieval and checking spam folder.
To say he cant get the verification email sent out in the first place I don't think checking the spam folder is going to help.

To say people having the same problems are paying for these accounts and cant even access them is shocking.

thanks for the explanation. it might help if someone from customer service / sysops would post a short update on matters that affect quite some people. the silent treatment just is not very nice...

again, just get rid of the blacklist for local parts on your email system until it is set up in a way that actually works. i'd offer my services ... Roll

I know you guys are dealing with heavy login issue ... but what about the BR cerebral accelerator we lost ? We forget about it ? Just let us know like that I can plan to buy extra ones... or not. Big smile
