Problems re-subbing?

Anyone else have issues re-subbing their account?

and before anyone sez it, yes i did the two part authentication and dance and verification.
keeps saying it cant be completed. contacted my bank, no issues with the account, and i ofcourse have the necessary funds.
anyone any ideas??

No clue what the problem might be. Create a support ticket, under billing / account activation; they give those relatively high priority. Tech support are the only ones who can look into it / fix it.

this. CCP wants your money (though sometimes i don;t believe this...) so they will react quickly to this petition

The billing system is kinda hinky. It took money from my account but hasnt given me game time P

Stick a petition in the queue and pray it gets handled before they eventually give up, delete the entire queue again and make everyone resubmit their tickets. Lol

Oddly enough check your browser, CCP's billing system doesn't like to work if you have any scripts disabled on from the billing page, so if you're running NoScript (and you should) then you need to whitelist the scripts for the billing system.

Just create a ticket. under payment/account/bill selection
Your ticket will be priority to GMs and looked up real ******* soon, like if not within a couple hours
