What to do level 3 missions with?

I've come back to the game after a few years so limited knowledge on recently nerfed ships.

I am doing lvl 2 missions with a Vengeance at the moment and want to move to lvl 3. What would you recommend? I have:

Amarr Cruiser 5
Amarr Battlecruiser 5
Amarr Battleship 3
Amarr Frigate 5
Amarr Strategic Cruiser 3
Assault Frigates 4
Caldari Battlecruiser 5
Caldari Cruiser 3
Caldari Frigate 5
Interceptors 4
Mr Chili Palmer
State War Academy
Caldari State

The next step in the Khanid line is the Sacrilege which can easily run level 4 missions. The Legion is also an option with the skills you posted. For more of a challenge consider the Confessor.

With those skills:

Any Tech 2 Amarr Cruiser.
Legion.
Any Amarr or Caldari Battlecruiser (can you fly T2 BCs?).
Amarr Battleship would be slightly overkill but sure why not.
You don't list your destroyer levels but if you have Amarr/Caldari destroyer 5 either of the T3 Destroyers should work too.
Slightly more tedious would be any of the Caldari/Amarr Assault Frigates.

But it'd depend on where you're running missions and what pirate faction you're fighting primarily. Also what T2 weapons do you have? Medium Beam/Pulse? Heavy missiles? HAMs? RLMs? Drone Skills? What does your Large energy weapon skills look like? Do you want to move on to Lv4s asap? Are you interesting in Blitzing?

From your posted skillset

Battlecruiser or Assault Frigate

either will be fine in a Level 3 mission

As long as you're careful, a Vengeance works fine in lvl 3s, too.

I'd take something with guns. some missions mobs spawn at 50-100km range and some around 40km from you.

I'm using prophecy right now with RLML and sentry drones. I use sentries to pop the frigs and then to kill the other ships.
