Svipul Solo PvP build

Hi I just go back into the game and I herd Svipuls are a good well rounded ship...so I bought one a couple days ago and so far it's my favorite ship! I check some fits and it seems a 10mn afterburner, shieldbooster /w a capbooster fit seems great so far.
But now the new patch kinda made things complicated because a few modules went offline because of the nerd they did to it.
Any ideas are a new build for a SvipulQuestion

..ah yah that fit; I was gonna go that fit but that video was released before the patch. i'll try it out in the new fitting simulation
