I am looking for a carrier pilot. Budge is around 5.5 - 8 bil. I can go higher if it's a particularly skilled carrier pilot. BUT looking more for a hull sitter with no waste.

If you have carrier skills injected or trained that's a plus. If you dont. That's fine. JUST be 10 days away from any of 4he 4 carriers.
