Add completion dates to the epic arc journal in order to inform players how long it has been since they last completed the arc

I know the SOE epic arc has a 3 month timer, but what is the timer for the other arcs?

I don't see the need for this for the SOE arc, as it's really easy to time it based on holidays, or the solstices and equinoxes like I used to, but if the others are longer, then I could see where this could be nice.

They are all 3 months, but my memory (and pagan instincts) aren't as good as yours

I run the SOE Epic Arc for standings. I check to see when I'm eligible to run it again by opening standings on my character sheet. Right click the faction you ran it for and select transactions. Look for the Epic arc mission - it will show the date and value.

For the SOE Epic Arc, the character I currently have logged in last ran it for Gallente:
26255228895 2016.09.03 16:06 8.05 % Mission Completed - Dal Segno al Fine

Still could score a journal entry, you don't always have the luxury of epic arc being within the recent visible standings gain.
But who cares about epic arcs anyway, since the standings got partially eliminated by citadel hubs.

They give Faction items and are actually quite good isk when you adjust for all the arsing about from agent to agent.
I've two characters that have the standing for the Amarr arc and from time to time will dual box it
I.e. Pull from one, run it with both, pull it again on the other , run it again, move onto the next mission, pull it from one...
you get the idea, it's actually pretty substantial isk for missioning when all is said and done.
They're more challenging than regular missions too so there's that.
