I don't know why anyone would be holding these things but it is time to sell. Patch notes for Ascension:

"The drop rate of Small Ancillary Armor Repairer blueprints in data sites have been increased."

I'm glad it has changed. These are important modules in the frigate meta and will be in even higher demand after alphas join. The price was ridiculous.

This is a great example of why asking CCP to intervene in the market is perfectly valid, and why the refrain about everything being market driven is sometimes rubbish. Prices spiked because CCP moved the drops from relics to data sites. This was required.

A better solution would have been to further buff data sites to encourage people to run them more. But I'll take this solution, too.
