WTB combat pilot (GAL/MIN/AMARR) - 55b budget

Looking to get ahead of the nerf/buff game this swing of the nerf bat. I strongly prefer that the character have little or no caldari skills. Tengu being the only good excuse/exception to that rule.

Starting off with a budget of 55b.

Just for clarity, I will accept focused gallent, minmatar, or amarr pilots. I will also accept a subcap pilot capable of flying all three or just two of the three.
