Question on industry job visibility in EC's

What level of visibility is there for industrial jobs in an EC? Given that it sounds like we can open up a public EC to our corp, alliance, public is there a different level of visibility of what jobs are entered at the EC?

Specifically can the owner (corp) of the EC see what jobs are placed by fellow corp mates, alliance mates and the general public?

The owner of the EC at least gets a feel of the volume of jobs that will be in the EC based on the taxes they collect, but can they also see the jobs?

And then can the other users of the EC see jobs placed?

The only way the owner knows that there is a job installed is by an entry in the corp wallet for the tax.
There is no way to know what was installed, how long the job is, or if any jobs are currently active.
