I have been unable to get to the https://developers.eveonline.com website over the last couple of days. Is this an issue that is being worked on or am I just being dumb?

yes, site is online again, thanks for working on it, but i cant create a new application. I can fill in the form, but on submitting nothing happens :-/ Anybody else with that problem?
