Corporation Roles Issue

So, I hope this topic is OK here...

Payer A has the following roles:

Factory Manager: Grantable Role
Rent Factory: Role
Station Manager: Grantable Role

Player B has the following roles:
Factory Manager: Grantable Role
Station Manager: Grantable Role


Player B can start and stop corporate industry jobs with the roles he has. Player A needs the Rent Factory role to do that. We cannot figure out why Player A can't do what Player B is doing with the exact same roles.

Also, what is the difference between Grantable Roles & Roles?

Grantable means he can give that role to others, like a (partial) director.

If you want them to do the job, give them the role.

If you want them to promote other people without your involvement, give them the grantable.
