Are you suggesting anchorable festival launchers?
I like it.
Maybe something where after you place it it waits until someone launches other fireworks on grid an then it spews for shiny stuff for a little while until it despawns.

I was just suggesting citadels be able to fit their own festival launchers as well as capitals. Anchorables would be even better though.

EDIT: Apologies, I don't fly missile caps, so hadn't actually realised they changed the name of the launchers from citadel to xl.

So yes. Citadels, capitals, and standalone anchorable festival launchers for all.

Having seen the point defense system in action, it would be nice if the Festival Launcher for a Citadel performed much the same so that you do not need a target. But the visual would need to be more "fireworky" than the current light dotting the Point Defense has.

But overall: Festival Launcher for Citadels? Oh yes.

Cloaking is the closest thing to a "Pause Game" button one can get while in space.

Support better localization for the Japanese Community.

Yes please.

In certain areas of space, just getting your structure anchored in the first place can be an occasion worth celebrating. Not only that, the wat vuln windows work there are certainly times where you want to celebrating successfully making it through that last vuln window. Having standup-level fireworks shows sounds like a great idea.

you guys are thinking to small you dont want festival launchers you need to go all out. give us a new form of the PDS the (F)irework (D)isplay (S)ystem now rather than a few fireworks on the ships flying around you we can have a 360 firework show around these structures

I fully support being able to fit festival launchers to any size ship and citadel. Citadels being able to launch clouds of fireworks in every direction, even (or especially) while invulnerable would be decorative, seems to have lots of entertainment value.
