6M SP Minmatar character looking for a new player friendly corp

Hi

I'm currently doing the SOE arc and I am looking to join a corp once it is finished.

Areas I'm interested in are LS, 0.0., FW and WH.
EU TZ.
Small gang PvP.
A small corp that can show me the ropes and help me pull my weight within the corp.
40 years old and I work at sea for up to 4 weeks at a time but I will not be working over the winter.
Exploration, although at the moment my scanning skills are all at level 3.
I'm flying the Stiletto, Claw, Vigil and Maulus.
I don't know much about roles but I think I would like to play the EWAR, scout and intelligence gathering roles.
A corp that does PvP and something else such as exploration/booster making & delivery/salvage....
