If you are looking for ship skins, you should check trade hubs, not Dodixie.

Right. Come to us into F-YH5B III - The Providence Petting Zoo, we have them all ! Forget about minor systems like Jita or even Perimeter. High sec trade is dead, its just random agony kicks what you see in their hubs.
