Cold Iron "Event" Skins Rarity

I've been farming these sites for over a week now to collect the skins. Looking to get 3 full sets, but one is better than none. My question is more for DEV, but not to take from the resourcefulness of the EVE community; but is there a way to know the rarity of Cold Iron and Purity of the Throne skins? In my opinion, once being a baseball card collector in my younger days, the fewer manufactured, the higher the value. Skins bought off the store or Arum site are unlimited, if the "Event skins" are only made for the x number of day event, then their value should be quite higher. Regardless, I am hunting the crap out of them. Please post thoughts here.

I think that the skins itself are so dull, that almost no one will use them in game. Ordinary amarr ships are gold, only navy versions of those ships can benefit from skins. So I am sure, most of them will remain as a collectors item. Current supply is so huge, that I really do not understand, who is willing to pay more than few thousand ISK for any of them.

From my point of view gray "Cold Iron" skins are a little more usable, than dirty white "Purity" skins, cause you can feel "stealth" in your ship. White colored ship is much more visible for enemy if you are flying outside of the citadel, for example.

Someone takes their RP seriously.

Nothing wrong with RP. But regardless, I agree the matte black, poly carbon type look makes a stealthy ship like Pilgrims, Purifiers, Prorators look nasty.

Is the game channel for trading skins? Not at home right now, but will look.

I think they're both fine, for the price. I have two Amarr pilots. Paper gets the cold iron. Indy pilot, the purity.

They're cheaper and more readily available, it would seem.
