Wrecks vanished from mission pocket?

So I was doing a storyline mission, Kidnappers Strike - The Final Battle 10 of 10.

Whacked everything, came back with salvage ship and started an MTU up and started to loot. Had about 25 ships to loot/salvage, about halfway through and they all vanished.

Didn't remove them from overview, and even if I had the MTU would have carried on but it had stopped also.

The wrecks were barely 30 mins old if that, considering the cargo cans from the 1st pocket were still in existence and this was in the 3rd pocket.

Anyone had this happen? Kinda irritating, had a bunch of battleships to loot/salvage but now :(

Take too long and wrecks do indeed disappear, but also you might have also got someone steal your stuff, if you where paying attention you might have noticed a yellow flashy icon on a player, likely they were the thief.

Nah no-one was in my area, kept an eye on Local the whole time and no suspects or anything. Just a very weird thing :p

Yeah, that's the theory. There's a bit of wiggle room either side. There are also some wrecks that disappear after an hour — the main ones that spring to mind are some of the rogue drone battleships that drop Elite Drone AI. Some faction wrecks will disappear after a short time too.

Might help

And yes 2hrs

Nice guide, read the bit about ninja salvaging but there's no way someone could have taken them all in a matter of seconds without me seeing.

So I guess just a random despawn, pity they were mostly BS's left.
