NPC capitals

Is it true that npc capitals can spawn in with last wave in a haven or sanctum? Is the spawn tied to the last wave or is there another trigger? Can a carrier, or ishtar solo kill them? does anyone know thier Web/Nuet range?

Whenever I've seen them in an anom, they were there at the beginning.
The Serp ones neut, scram (and web?) like mofos out to a very far range. I'm not sure the exact limit, however. We usually just swarm them with Griffins then burn them down ezpz with whatever is at hand. A solo Ishtar will surely die. Dreads can take them out fairly easily.

Could a carrier solo it from range possibly? or maybe a rattlesnake? also griffon ball lol.

Nothing wrong with him asking here. That is one function of the forums. Although I think this might have been better in the Missions thread.

They spawn at the end too
