Is DED sites not spowning becouse of Blood rider event? Or CCP changed somthin again with them and didnt tell us?

Huh? Ran 3 4/10s, a vigil and some small stuff this morning. Maybe there's just someone ahead of you on the same path. What region are you talking about?

CCP has reshuffled the spawning schedules so that sites despawn around you, because they hate you. It was announced on Reddit.

You sure you have "Show all" filter selected in probe scanner? And "Show anomalies"?
Everything spawns as usual. Someone else have completed all the sites before you probably if you have scanner set up correctly.
