Mining is hardly something that requires rapid commands. It's probably one of the slowest and most boring things you can do in Eve. You've got lots of time to click once or twice. I'm not opposed to adding hotkeys to anything... but the level of urgency you impart in your most brief OP is far out of alignment with the request itself.

In something so simple as mining, extra clicks and keystrokes are felt more acutely.
