Question for GM's - Alliance Logo Change Possible?

Hello, I would like to ask, is there a way to change the alliance logo? Thing is, I am no designer and tho it looked really nice with a transparency on my tests, in-game it's barely visible due to the darkness of colors in there.

I am in the opportunity to hire a person to design it better, but I don't know if such changes are allowed?

I have been looking on the forums for a tread linked in the alliance logo submissions page, but that link is broken.

Sorry for the trouble, and thanks in advance for your answer.

It would help me just to know if it's possible or not, so I can close the ticket and free that slot for someone else.

I'll go with just sending another logo whilst waiting for the ticket to be replied :)

Greetings, way old post, but trying to ask, is there any GM that can tell how long it takes?

I sent the logo two months ago, but I don't even know if CCP even got it or read it.

Is there a way to know if the mail arrived correctly? I have been waiting for the reply two months now, I do understand they are way busy right now with all kind of events, but more like it, is it the normal time, does it take more? How much should someone wait normally before considering asking for confirmation?
