He'll send this char the isk and account name, after that i'll transfer the char.

It's possible that the OP had something come up in real life that has delayed them transferring the character to you. If more time goes by and you haven't heard back from them, open up a support ticket and the GMs will assist you.

This is indeed the case, sending it right now. Really really sorry for the delay!
Edit: I'm receiving a error when trying send you the character, i'm creating a ticket for it. Sorry for the extra delay :( If you don't trust it, which i would totally understand i've sended you a mail with my ticket id, so if you want to create your own ticket CCP can verify my ticket.

Edit2: Character transfer is in progress, again sorry for the delay good luck with the character!
