niiiice. I've been upset about the lack of matte black SKINs ever since Core Complexion was changed to a dark swamp green. I was happy with just the Claymore. If this is one of those cross-racial SKINs that would be excellent. Man finally.

Totally an assumption, Crimson Harvest perhaps. If so, we'll know next week when it goes live on Tuesday.

There are specific blood raider skins being released for crimson harvest so I assume these are something different.

while the raiders will be up for grabs in the sites.
Basically so we get content and they can cash in on the upswing in activity.

Also, (showing how little I PvE here) what the hell happened with the sepentis skins , were they ever available or are we waiting on an event?

They were released with the Shadow of the Serpent event, the crappy grindy event that seems to be pretty reviled. I don't think they're available to get aside from buying them from other players now.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

Some of the Serpentis SKINs are available in the NES, both individually and they make up the Gallente version of the AT XIV bundles.

However, only the Enyo Serpentis is available for the Gallente assault frigates. Not the Ishkur.

I would prefer it the other way around. The Ishkur is the best AF in the game (I still shed a tear over the introduction of the T3Ds).

just checked, no serp skins for any of the t2 gal droneboats up, bOOOOOOOOOOO!
im sad now.
the ones i really wanted were the iskur , magus and eos as they're basically bigger versions of the same ship.
though the phobos and asstarte are tempting.

You can see the skins in ship previews. As to where cold iron is gonna come from... who knows. I think the best guess so far is the aurum store.

The only reason I didn't care for the Shadow of the Serpent event was because I grind Serp rep with this character and didn't want to damage that rep. But it was ok. I mean the rewards were cool and all. It did ask for too much time but if everyone could do it it might ruin the economy. So next time maybe they should focus on more vanity-related items instead of skill boosters.

Fortunately, the Purity of the Throne event did exactly that. With any luck, CCP will continue with that method.
