100B Bond - 2.5% - Fully Collateralized <{Bond Closed}>

Hello again guys and gals!

You know the deal.

Face Value: 100B ISK
Collateral: 100B ISK in BPOs valued at NPC price and with high levels of research.
Interest: 2.5%/30 Days. (0.0833%/Day for the purposes of prorating)
Duration: ~1-3 months
3rd Party: Chribba
Minimum Investment: 10B ISK

The bond starts the day I receive the ISK and interest is due before the next month.
Example: If the bond starts October 15th then interest will be due by the 14th of each following month.

Interest is due by 23:59 EVE time on the day that it is scheduled to be paid.

Bondholders will be paid out in the order that your investment is reserved unless you specify otherwise.

Bonds can be bought back at any point in time. Interest will be prorated and paid in full.

I'll launch 25B short before taking money from someone who attempted to trash my last bond and was one step shy of calling me a scammer.

Most people uninterested in a bond just simply don't post. But you took information I gave you to assuage your concerns and instantly turned around and tried to stab me in the back with it. I told you that collateral was worth every penny I had appraised it for and that short of the "hit by a bus" scenario, there would be no default. The bond was run and repaid without you and PV is now worth 40k more p/u than it was then.

Fair enough. I'd honestly forgotten about your previous offer and my close (in retrospect misplaced) scrutiny. You caught me then with too much time on my hands so I tried to look closely. Tonight I just wanted a quick ISK w/o caring about the details.

So good news and bad news.

Good news is that I had an evemail from Chribba this morning saying that he agreed to the collateral and said he would finalize securing it after reading the Devblog on EULA changes to make sure we were kosher.

Bad news is he went afk and didn't come back. Which is no biggie, RL and everything. We had agreed on his fee so it has been paid and the contract with collateral is up. I'm hopeful that he will confirm receipt of the collateral soon™ (10-15 hours) since it is night at this point in Snowland. Blink
