I have a Caracal at the moment but want to upgrade so con do level 3 and above mission, any idea's please

Caracal => Drake -> Raven /Tengu

All shield missile ships.

Golem/Rattlesnake next year when you have the SP.

Do not rush in to bigger ships. Just because you CAN fly something, doesn't mean you should.

Get fitting skills up, and shield skills. Dead dps does no dps.

Drake is the obvious choice, but if you aren't set on Caldari specifically, the Cyclone and Gnosis are also very good option for running L3 missions with missiles.
