Have you played a free to play game lately?
Perhaps, perhaps not, but in EVERY free to play game there is always a constant abundance of gold selling or in EVEs world it will be ISK selling.

CCP can say they are prepared all they like but you can expect constant advertising to be in every trade hub of ISK selling.
Banning accounts will be meaningless when all advertising is done with free to play accounts, and every account deleted will just mean a new account replaced in seconds.

Other than every single player in EVE making alt free accounts to suicide gank in, this will be the one battle CCP might not be ready for. Seriously are they ready for the commitment of people who intend to make their living off the backs of EVE?
How prepared are they? I somehow doubt they are ready after seeing every free to play game I have played inundated with these people and seeing how they are relentless about advertising sales even after constant bans.

EVE is not ready for the amount of people they will need to patrol the chat in every system all the time.

If you thought scamming is a constant spam in Jita, wait until F2P release and you will see ISK selling just as much.
If you don't, well, you will be the first F2P game I have seen that doesn't have this, but somehow I doubt you will be.
