So are the Purity of Throne events basically non-existent in high-sec, or have I not set my Overview properly to detect these (they're beacons, no?)
Edit: Answered my own question (practically non-existent).

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Depends where you are in high sec? I think I've run a half dozen high sec sites just jumping between low sec areas. But naturally that's all the way down in Kador and Genesis. Not exactly busy around those parts.

Your answer is not correct. These sites exist in HS pretty much as anywhere else. But depending on location they might be farmed faster than they spawn (if there are many interested in them). For instance yesterday I have been leading Incursion VG fleet and seen like 3-4 event sites in the same system at a time. Even been tempted to tell guys who are not in active fleet to clear them out as they clog overview.

2 sites spawned in jita, and i was there for 15 minutes.
Both where gone in less than 1 minute - maybe this is your problem.

They are not that good anyway, you are not missing much.

Plenty in highsec, run about 80 mostly in highsec around Jita, just circling from one end of The Forge to the other. The high population actually helps clearing sites faster, and I'm winning the race to the loot 95% of the time. Twisted

I'm my own NPC alt.

Better or worse than the last event? (which I skipped entirely)

I run them out in Minmatar space away from the main hubs and choke points. I encounter them quite a bit, so much so that I am already at 44 out of 58 Purity skins. But I admit to buying 3 of them.

There have been systems where there were 4 or 5 of those sites, just waiting to be run so my Gila obliged. P

Raw isk/hr? Meh. But the sites aren't gated so there's plenty of healthy competition, they're quick to run, and the skins actually look good. I've been enjoying myself.

Quite amusing, you answered your own question wrong.

Suggestion: Move a bit more, you lazy git.

Keep looking. And, when you cannot find them, look somewhere else instead. Luck favors no one, but sure does sleep around a lot. We'd all be calling her a **** if we all didn't think the world of her so damn much!

I haven't logged in yet for the last couple of days, but last I did, I hit 17 sites in under an hour, one system having seven sites (I ran six, someone else was hitting the second to last while I mopped up). Keep in mind it only takes a faction cruiser with a welfare fit about three minutes to clear one and even less if you throw in some green and blue mods/ammo/drones, so they get smoked just as quickly as they pop up. So it could also be the people are just literally shutting them down by the time you think to look for them where you are.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."
