Hello gentlemen, I'd like to talk you through some wonderful changes CCP are introducing soon; and just how great these new changes are.

First off you may notice that my sec status is around about the -10.0 mark. To my great pleasure CCP have announced they will be removing consequences for negative sec status in their planned "Alpha damage Omega gank" update.

As it stands I have trouble with my negative sec status, I have to avoid sitting in one place too long, I have to wait out criminal timers, I am a free target for anyone who cares to shoot me. These problems are all soon to be solved. At zero cost to myself. Firstly, I will need to create a large number of free e-mail addresses, heaven forbid I am limited to a certain number of free accounts per e-mail. Once I have this large number of e-mail addresses I will need to link them all together, gmail is great for having multiple inboxes in a single place, even allowing you to reply using other e-mail addresses.

Now is the funny part, I create account after account after account. Each one, for free, and each one gallente. After setting each one on a training path [I predict I will have to do this sequentially as CCP will surely have the good sense to limit the number of open free accounts to one per computer]. This training path for a month, for free.

I now return to the game, and my 100 free catalyst pilots. So far all it has cost me is the time to click through the character creation, and add sequential numbers to a name that is available. Voila, I can fly around with impunity, never have to wait out a criminal timer and all it has cost me is maybe half a mil in skill books should i decide my -10.0 status is getting annoying.

There is inherently an advantage here too. My "friend" has a machariel. Excellent inertia stats don't you know. If we were to arrange for a freighter to have some trouble in a system along a trade route for instance. I could shoot it with "me0001," log out and log in with "me0002" [conveniently logged off at the gate to expedite the freighters departure]. Great! I have avoided the annoying criminal timer.

I am of course speaking hypothetically.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

someone calculated that using Alpha pilots it will double the amount of gankers needed. And there will be most likely the restriction to only log in one alpha at a time on one computer. No omega + alpha allowed.
Your ideas are long thought trough in the alpha/omega thread.

Forum rules

2. Be respectful toward others at all times.

The purpose of the EVE Online forums is to provide a platform for exchange of ideas, and a venue for the discussion of EVE Online. Occasionally there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Forum users are expected to be courteous when disagreeing with others.
