Cannot Jump Gate While Undocking ?!

Earlier today I tried to jump a gate while I was in combat (not agressed) and received the error messages
"Can't do that while undocking.You should be squeezed out in 10 seconds."
"Can't do that while undocking.You should be squeezed out in 9 seconds."
Etc., etc..

(The nearest station was 21.7 AU away and I'd undocked from it about 15 minutes earlier)

A couple of hours later a corpmate reported exactly the same bug. I've never seen or heard of it before, but twice in a couple of hours suggests it is not a coincidence.
