Thoughts on AFK/Cloak camping low/null

I've always felt that if you're active at the keyboard and cloak camping a system so you can go after some PVP, great! Sounds fun. I'm all for it.

If you fly an alt to a system cloak up and simply go afk forever just to annoy the locals... That's more of an exploit of a game mechanic.

What I would suggest is a change to how cloaks work:

#1 - if you are in system and cloaked, warping around every 30 minutes or so, then nothing changes.
#2 - if you are afk and do nothing at all, then after 30 minutes or so your cloak starts sucking CAP down hard. Once you run out of cap the cloak fails.


Thought of the day for me.. More then happy to engage in PVP with peeps in category #1. I find category #2 peeps are just exploiting a game mechanic and are no better then AFK miners.. They deserved to be ganked!

nothing needs to be changed. if the alt doesn't have kills or any activity, why are the locals so afraid?
