Looking for a nice mining toon, ideally will have some of these:

Exhumers 5
Refining Efficiency 5
All or most mining crystals TII
Drone and shield skills
Some remap ability.

Approx 6b budget, may pay a little more if worth it.
May pay less if lower sp but skills where they should be.
