That would be the only use case I can think of immediately, especially if Corp/Alliance fits had been saved to individual fittings.

Can you not right click delete right click delete?

The time it takes some one to log into the forums find the right section and make a post about it that person could of deleted most if not all of the fitting they might have?
Delete all might be cool (how meany people would even use it other than a single one of time thing?) but it does stop dumb people deleting every single corp fitting in one go..

I had 200 fittings that I exported in preparation to start fresh. It would be simple to implement.

I wouldn't support this idea for corp fittings, that's just bad news waiting to happen.
