It's exactly what it says on the can. While I can't offer much in the way of piloting (my combat record is completely FUBAR), I have over 60 mil SP. In other words, I can at least fly and die in almost anything my enemy can! (Just don't expect my character to fly any Minmatar ships for you -- he's got a pathological fear of rusty ships.)

The list below outlines much of what [little] I have to offer:

What I can fly:
-- All T1 ships with ease (except for Minmatar)
-- Legion, Tengu, and Proteus (all with relative ease. T2 fittings all around)
-- Golem and Paladin (both level 4 mastery)
-- Nightmare (both core skills to 5)
-- Many T2 Amarr ships (most subcap ships, with the rest only a short train away)
-- Many T2 Caldari ships (most frigates, cruisers, and similar ships)
-- Some T2 Gallente Ships (mostly cruisers)
-- Covert Ops (I freaking love these ships.)
-- Combat Carriers (Amarr Carrier to IV, with a brief train away from flying Caldari carriers as well)

Weapons Skills:
-- Missile mastery up to IV in many areas
-- Laser turrets (at least as good as missiles)
-- Hybrids (small arms are great, but my large ship fitting is lacking
-- Projectile (with the exception of frigs, let's just forget about it.)
-- Drones (sexy and we know it)

Core Skills:
-- Pretty nice all around
-- 60 mil SP skill sheet
-- Solid probing skills
-- Can fit ships with both Tech 2 armor & shield-oriented doctrines
-- Can jam the crap out of someone if I'm not panicking

Piloting Skills:
-- They suck, and my combat record shows my proud lifetime of dying in the most absurd ways imaginable. I am indeed among the worst pilots in New Eden. But, at least my daddy's credit card never runs dry! (Just kidding, it's mine and I'm a poor SoB.)

Sense of Humor:
-- It's just as messed up as my piloting skills.

And, of course, a fairly thick skin -- just so long as I don't lose too much in a single day.

Now, to the worst part of my application: what I actually look for in a corp

Experience: I'm a one-trick pony, and seek to lose this inglorious title. So yeah, I'm looking for someone who's experienced in covops ships and their use, marauders and their use, how not to die so fast during an ambush, and all those other things that go into losing the title of "Worst in New Eden." I would also love to learn the ropes of being a good FC once I get my actual piloting skills out of the Abyss.

Location: I like to rat to kill time, so a spot with nice ratting locations would be nice. Sov null and wormholes would also be nice, although I've got very little experience with the latter.

What you guys do: Please, for the love of God don't make me mine. Not only are my skills down the commode, but it bores me to death. Industry isn't all that bad on my end, but my character has far more skills going in the way of shooting things than building them.

Once again, I do tend to rat in passing time, so company is of course appreciated. PvP is also a good thing, and I'll be more than happy to go on roams and learn the ropes of being able to spam the F1 key with unsurpassed speed and agility.

Leadership: It's probably the one thing I'm biggest on. I'm currently in the US Navy, and the one thing I look for in a leader is a style of doing things that actually makes sense when I think about it. While I'm terrible at leading a bunch of pixels ships around at best, I'm still there for those that have got my back. I'm hoping that you guys will operate the same way.

Recruitment: Please tell me more about yourselves! I took a while to post this want ad from scratch. I'm more likely to join the blokes that show me the kindness to address the more specific points I've laid out here. I'm also likely to join those people that show that they care enough to let in a dumbass like myself, even though my combat record lies in ruins. Most of all, I'll definitely join a corporation that goes out of its way to at least tell me (specifically) how I'll be able to fit into their group, rather than just become an obscure name on their roster.

I just read your post and must say I very much like your openmindedness and honesty.
This alone makes you a great pilot. Surely most of EvE consider a pilot good
if his killboard is green like the Great Planes in spring, but EvE is not
simply about killing stuff. It is about working as a team.

I am a recruiter and CEO for a smaller Nullsec alliance, where my ambition is
to create a comforting and mutually loyal community.
We surely offer all the usual stuff like boosts, PI, small to large scale
PvP opportunities etc.
Yet, our most important trait is that we favor RealLife and let people
develop their individual gameplay.
Our alliance has some well structured USTZ corps with good FCs and
good leaders. I assume that you would quickly find good company here.
