Licensing of CCP Intellectual Property

This is a question directed at CCP as I do not know where to ask.

I run a small embroidery side business in the real world in America.

I would like to know if CCP has a licensing model for EVE Online intellectual property. Specifically, I'm interested in the NPC corp logos. Most of them are very well suited to conversion to embroidery patterns, and I'd like to know if there's someone I could talk to about that.
