Many large Nullsec alliances/coalitions have a twitch feed that shows neuts/reds in dozen or so systems surrounding their home system.

They currently do this by some schmuck willing to set up dozen or so trial accounts every 21 days.

He then sets up second computer with all these trial accounts online and each account parked in a system in a safe spots in their pod.

Arranging the windows to only show system name and reds, then providing alliance with password protected Twitch URL, miners, ratters, etc. can keep eye on surrounding systems for reds, spikes and such on a second monitor.

Combine this with chat scrappers like NEAR and you got sweet intelligence.

I have spoken to one of these guys who set this up and he was saying the only painful part was redoing the accounts every 21 days.

The alpha clones removes this hassle.

Thoughts/comments?

If someone was multiboxing trials for anything, the GMs need to know. That's a nono. That he (seems to have) got away with it suggests there's a technical shortcoming in how they catch people doing that.

Working as intendedâ„¢

In all seriousness I'm pretty optimistic about free to play.

What seems more likely to you - that there are players finding a way around that limitation, or that OP was unaware of it when he started talking out his ass?

Actually multiboxing is perfectly legal. I do it all the time. Automating your multiboxing is what's a no no.

Eve is like an addiction; you can't quit it until it quits you. Also, iderno

Bingo, no automation, you log in, pod warps back to its safespot, arrange windows/local, turn on Twitch, and your null sec intel feed is up - and you are the alliance/coalition hero that everyone thanks for setting up this awesome real time intel feed.
