Remove Planck Generator Restriction on Packaged Planck Generator Items

Organizing ones hanger and cargo holds, etc. is made difficult because containers and deployable container equipment (e.g., Mobile Depot, Mobile Tractor Unit) cannot be placed in containers.

Rationale: when containers are packaged they are not actually containers but disassembled equipment and so the nested planck generator rule should not apply. This would work similar to how it works for ships - where they can be stored depends on whether they are assembled or not.

Filters exist for a reason and they're super effective.
Using containers is actually more effort once the filters are set up properly.

And that's pretty damn easy.

this is do to the unholy marriage of the database and legacy code

you will notice player folders in eve never go more than three layer this is not only containers but also BM and notes even when it does like in a double wrapped contract you can't see the forth layer

don't hold your breath that this will ever be fixed unless something more important needs that code untangled (tbh depending on how they run it and what their stability standards are it may just never be fixed
