Am I right in saying that you can't get a Dread, Titan or Carrier in a C1-3 without building it in there? Looking at a list of WH's that can spawn in them and can't quite figure out if I'm missing something!

yes you have to build caps in the hole, and since there is no sov, no you can't build supers

C1: Battlecruiser or below. Minus the Nestor, which is the only BS you can squeeze through a C1 hole.
C2-C4: Battleships and below. And Orca.
C5 and C6: Capitals and Freighters.
