Unfortunately its more the forums and the mods refusing to enforce the no personal attacks / trolling rules. So the forums fill up with idiots hiding behind alt accounts.

If we're lucky a mod will come in and clean the thread but theres no way in hell the special few will ever get a warning or a ban so theyll be In the next thread shitting that up :)

Use Reddit instead mostly, as bad as that is its a lot better than this.

The point was made that PVE caps in hisec are a good idea because hisec PVE is boring.
This was explained to be a bad idea for a few different reasons, with a suggestion in there somewhere.
Detractors were labelled as flawed for disagreeing, a totalitarian and inoperable approach.
Then the point was made that lowsec PVP is only possible in throwaway ships, which is the opposite of the case, as throwaway ships get incinerated quickly by cancer svipuls, balance-legion and faction iWin hulls with links and falcon alts.

This thread will pop up repeatedly as long as people don't understand that empire is the rookie pond.
The conception of hisec as a safe haven is limiting.
Get out of hisec.
