I am sure it happens to everyone at some point: You log in, and noone else in your corp / alliance is available to do anything.

What can you do solo that is interesting?

-Earn ISK. This of course relies on you having something you find mildly interesting to do for the purposes of earning ISK.

-PVP. Run around in cheapfit t1 frigates or cruisers and don't give a single **** when you explode.

-Ship spinning

1. Plot a course to the nearest section of nullsec space.
2. Add a waypoint 8-9 systems in.
3. AttentionAttentionAttentionUPDATE YOUR CLONE.AttentionAttentionAttention
4. Hop in a cheap ship and play "lets see how far I can make it" and then "I wonder if I can make it back?"
5. Say hi in every nullsec system you visit, and see how the locals react.
6. ???
7. Profit!

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. …"

Shoot blues.
Plot to shoot blues.
Steal whatever isn't tied down and join a corp with a better TZ relative to your own.

Cause diplomatic incidents.

Go harass some miners, steal their ore, gank their hulks, call them names, threaten them with more space violence, just generally be a huge pain in the ass and do it to the same group of people over and over again. With any luck whatever corp or alliance they are in will declare war on you.

When your corp buddies are online you get to have a fun conversation about how you annoyed those people so much.

1 tip, search a corp that is more active in your time zone when such events happen alot.

If it is on the rare occasion when you are alone in the corp, go do some missions (or low anomaly ratting in null-sec) or some other viable things you can do solo.

If you don't want to do anything like that, like people suggest, pick a cheap ship, fit it with cheap stuff and set your destination somewhere deep in null-sec. It will get you the thrills of being hunted by large alliances, might even let you end up with a future corp if you do it right. I did the same some time, I tried to circle empire (as empire is surrounded by null-sec) by only using null-sec (I didn't get very far though) and it was fun. It also gets you to used to setting safes, using D-scan etc. which will help even in high-sec and prepares you if you eventually want to join the null-sec dwellers.

Considering that your character is about 6 years old, I believe this is a troll post and judging by all the replies, probably the same for them as well.

To all NEW Players, there's plenty of game play options available besides going on a suicide run.

Your lack of faith in your fellow players has a chilling effect. Try to be more charitable.

I returned to the game last year, and over the past two months my life became more complicated in ways that limit my play time. Most of my corp is on several hours earlier, and me in the US shows up after most have left.
(Oh sure, someone is always on, but my play style isolates me, mostly Indy)

Don't be so quick with labels. I figure some of the responders were just trying to be funny, and I would not post such a query if I considered leaving my corp an option I liked, so I seek those who may have insight.
