Is the best way to make isk in C5 wormholes now just to dual box?

It seems like there is very little point to do doing wormhole sites as a corp now since you can make just as much isk in high sec incursions and it is way easier to do high sec incursions. Is the only way to make good isk in wormholes now to dual box C5 wormhole sites in Paladins?

it never was worth to do sites as a corp. Now you want multiobox rattlers, the more the better.

There were certain exploits that CCP changed unfortunately. Thank you for the info.

In the right hole, you can dual box dreads and complete the site. Fit one HAW and one Capital weapon and burn down the site. Refit for webs and scrams when the spawn the drifter

Thanks for the advice. It just seems like you have less ways of getting out of a dangerous situation though. I was thinking paladins would be a nice choice because you can easily fit a cloak and paladins are pretty flexible.

I used a paladin as my staple income generator, Me and my buddy would shred through the site. The only caveat is the the bastion cycle. You see that new sig pop, you drop bastion and you need to need wait out the cycle and MJD out. Which is fine if its a explorer who just popped the sig however if its a decent group rage rolling or scanning for gank/pew they'll be on the ball and have dictors/ceptors in warp fairly sharpish to you, its just whether or not you can get out in time before the scrams land.

Using rattle snakes is much cheaper and can MJD instantly as you see this new sig pop. No need to wait out bastion. The downside to rattle is your drones are DPS so its not instant hitting, so the sites take a little longer and your DPS is a smidge lower. The upside is much cheaper and insta MJD.

I must admit I had the rattle meta even though I use it myself so you can call me a hypocrite but when youve been hunting and scanning for awhile and you finally see those rattle on dscan, wrecks and drones out and that grorious MTU its a shangri-la

Only to find that MJD out as you land...... the chase it always better than the catch i guess :(

TLDR: Yes you'll make more money running solo dualboxing, I wouldn't recommend paladins, rattlesnakes easy and safer way to make it.

You're right in thinking that you have many more ways out with the dual paladin set up. The dual dread will complete the site faster though and if you get caught, you can refit both to HAW and kill subs quite easily

It has always been the case that you make more money multiboxing.

Dualbox 2 local rep Snakes with 5 cap transfers in the highs.

If you have a group of 6+, 3 Nestors and 3 pulse Nightmares will out damage the same group of Snakes by about 500dps

Actually, the snakes I run have 1500 dps...though you do need 6 characters. Might be able to do it with less I just haven't wanted to try.

If you're running 6-10 chars this is one of the few areas where T3C logi can really shine. 50-100% more HP repped than a logi ship with far higher resists. Lets you run 2 chars logi, the rest DPS.

Why not do a c4 in a Paladin? Sure you get less ISK, but also quite fewer cut-throat corps that rage roll into your c5
