Or did you click Submit Support Ticket button without logging in first?

Having looked at the statistics, CCP management have realised that support tickets are really inconvenient and interfering with the pssshhhh of developers.

They are now conducting a study of different methods to improve player contentment, as measured by the least number of support tickets submitted.

So far, cutting off access to the support system shows the most promise. The KPIs look great and pssshhhh is increasing.

Dracvlad - "...Your intel is free intel, all you do is pay for it..." && "...If you warp on the same path as a cloaked ship, you'll make a bookmark at exactly the same spot as the cloaky camper..."

Couple of things here,

1. See the above post in regards to your issue.

2. If you have an issue that prevents you from logging into the support system, the best bet is to email support at the address listed above.

3. once you solve this issue, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, change your account email. You just made it easier for scammers and hackers to steal your account. Trust me, thats a head ache you do not want.

4. I have removed your personal information and will lock the thread to try and help limit the damage.
