Just so we are clear my comment was directed at the corp that was removed last night . Not the people who left as a result.

I think you are too quick to judge Archie leadership. What principals were neglected by Sol et al?

From all accounts Sol has been a superlative commander. I challenge anyone to contradict this.

1. Sol's Ego is to big for is own good.

2. Sol has no competent FC abilities, the fact that he has been bounced around from merc group to merc is testament. He has been in multiple leadership positions, When Sol was in a leadership position in Marmite, was when marmite was at it's weakest.

3. Sol would rather blame others, rather than following rule 10.

5. Sol sits on the undock and hardly leave dodixie space.

6. Two group left on there own accord under Sol Epoch's leadership with in two days, OMGWTF and Bite. Both left willingly.

10. Multiple losses verified through Zkill can ateast to what sort of training happens. Which is zero.

Well when he can't respond to the ability to taking care of his members, and openly calls them lazy, pointlessly goes out of his way to cause a confrontation inside the alliance himself. Of course he's going to be making assumptions about other people. That's all he's done.

He's also the dude who took a known corp theft, and gave him directorship roles. And even a minor EVEwho check would've told him that it was probably a bad idea since he's done it a month before he was an actually director.

Oh and he totally stole from the alliance wallet.


Sol Epoch is riding on the success of Jane and his Citadel burns, and the success of his line members, who hunt across mission hubs, pipelines and known HQ of decced targets, while he sits in Dodi hub, never leaving the immediate area. He lets another handle Contracts, he lets another handled POCO's and he lets another handle PR.

He's made zero effort to help with the citadels, he makes zero effort to make sure his alliance moral stays healthy, hence loosing OMGWTF and BTP. He make Zero effort in general expect having 'meetings', and openly calling out his own members in closed, open alliance, channels.

The only thing Sol Epoch has is, the fact that when the CEO position opened he was the first person there to fill it, and was given it only for that reason.

I was sent a mail from someone in Arch who wants to remain anon. I was also sent 1bil isk from this member. They ask:

"1 billion iskies to the next barsted (sic) who wrecks expletive expletive Sol"

I interpret their mail to mean I should forward the isk to the person who kills Sol Epoch next. I assume it does not cover any of his friends who wish to split some easy money.

I didn't say anything about the Isk not being in wallet, Mr Yes Man.

But seeing as you brought it up.

Sol was holding almost all of alliance isk on his personal alt to the point that decs would not auto-pay? Because he was afraid that someone else might take the isk. And he wouldn't be on for a few days in a row causing Archetypes dec count to drop in to 50's and 40's?

Expect when FergusonFTW Totally jacked money from the alliance wallet which is why Sol hordes Isk? FergusonFTW lost a ship and used the Alliance to SRP it?

I see the usual suspects have carried the drama they created in the alliance for the past 2 months on into the forums.

Apart from Kaely who was always on point and true to her word.

I love the Drama your putting here as I don't have to deal with it anymore as I have had to for the past 2 months, I would advise any potential employers of these characters to think long and hard before bringing them into your corp/alliance because there track history of drama and tears is well known.

I wish them well in there endevours and I don't hold any grudges against any of them but I am sure they do.
