I'm pretty sure. Sitting in any mothership only needs Racial Carrier 1 trained and Capital Ships IV.
You have only trained the Caldari tree, rendering it a moot point if you're advertising all races. It's a decent Wyvern sitter for 5.5b, but not worth much after that especially without Carrier skill injected, let alone trained.

5.5b and I'll try not to feel pity for you.
