EVE is already F2P.
Make alt, skill up to 5mil sp.
Skill and extract - you have free plex and some isk every month.

As indicated above, EVE is free to play already:

- make account
- make 1,000,000,000 ISK on character inside the game
- use 900,000,000 ISK to buy PLEX from market
- use PLEX for subscription 30 days

- train 5.5 mil skill points on character
- buy skill extractor from market with ISK
- extract 0.5 mil skill points
- sell injector with the 0.5 mil skill points
- this gives you 1,000,000,000 ISK per month
- get PLEX from market
- use PLEX for subscription 30 days

(hopefully that is google translate friendly)
