Archon pilot with no triage, capital remote armour or cap is pretty weak. Awful lot of wasted skill points here, there's not a single role it does competently. I'd value it as 12b as a fix up job, you can save a lot of time with this account over training up your own thanks to stuff like JDC V but there's just so much missing, this is a project, not an account to play on.
